I use VM 2.02 and Joomla 2.5.7.

Unfortunatly when a customer buys a product there is no auto email confirmation being sent to Admin and Customer.
Remarkably when i manually change the orderstatus the emails are being sent to both Admin and Customer without any problem

Hello,

Vm2.0.2 is an old version, please upgrade to the recent 2.0.12f and also apply all the changes are necessary to your custom template.
Do you use any third party payment plugin? If yes try with a default one and report back.
