Hi,
as in subject.
The Field: I agree to the Terms of Service * is required, but don't work.
If it is not checked, also performs the save without warning.
What should I do to make it work?

I noticed this in user registration also.. along with the fact the terms of service are not shown anywhere for them to agree to?
