Hello

QuoteError while posting IPN: Permission denied, 13
It is a server permission problem Paypal requires sockets connection.

Quote1. When the customer complete payment, PayPal did not return him to my website.
2. I did not have a ORDER email, he too.
3. I got this email 2 times :
Error while posting IPN: Permission denied, 13
4. In orders list His payment did not change from pending to confirmed.

All this is normal until you have fixed the socket permission problem.

This issue might be caused by a blocked outgoing connection and that is why the script is unable to connect to the PayPal server. Please allow the IP of the host that the script is trying to connect to in the Outgoing Connections section of your Control Panel, or de-activate the Outgoing Connections manager altogether by clicking on the ""De-activate"" button.
