We are trying to create a stockable variant for our products but every time we add an option name and values and click save, the values disappear. We have updated virtuemart and the aio and the plugin still doesn't seem to save.
Also we have tested by adding the field to the product, but again it appears to be empty.
Any help would great, we have searched for answers and cannot find a solution.

I have the same issue. You can use the other type: something like stock instead of stockable variants
