Im currently working on a website that needs a webshop, with the following specifications:
- Manually (if possible, easily) type in the gross- and net-prices.
- On the front-end, gross- and net-price need to be visible (Example: T-shirt, black - Grossprice: $5 - Netprice: $6.5)

Piece of advice. When I had to find a software/framework to run my NEW clients new e-commerce website, I had to do exactly what you're doing now. Finding the right software that could do everything my client had in the brief... except instead of asking around, I simply downloaded all open source frameworks I could find and road tested each and every one of them for myself (I only chose 4 for comparison).
It's probably going to be a much more cost effective, time saving exercise than the method you've opted to use, but if you're happy to wait, then good luck to you.
