Hi i need to insert in the store description a content of a Joomla Plugin

now the file is
com_virtuemart/views/virtuemart/tmpl/default.php

line from 24 to 30

But i don't know how i can load the content plugin.

You don't need to. If you have enabled 'Joomla Plugin/Mambots' in VM config then you can use that plugin directly in product description in VM config under Products/yourproduct and then description.
