I know about "Display modal popup upon 'Add to cart' " in Config/Checkout. But if checkbox is not checked, after pressed the button 'Add to cart' it move to the checkout page. How disable this modal popup window without moving in checkout page?
I suppose that we need to edit the file \administrator\components\com_virtuemart\helpers\config.php, but i don't know how.
Is it all like this pop-up window? All my users are complaining about it.

I'm having the same issue and it would be nice if the modal simply display a notice and close as per VM1. The problem with this modal is that it takes the customer away from the page that they were just on which can be frustrating from the shoppers point of view.
If anyone has ideas I would appreciate it!
