I am currently upgrading a joomla site with jupgrade. The migration to 2.5 went smooth and the installation and migration of VM (2.0.4) went fairly smooth. The issue I am facing so far is when doing the migration. I noticed I was missing the "vendor" tab in the shop. I did a lot of reading and research and never really found an answer for this. So, I started playing around a bit. I deleted the jupgrade folder and started over. Each time I did the migration, rather than choosing "everything", I migrated one thing at a time. Each time I migrated an item, I checked to make sure the vendor tab was still there. What I found was that if I migrated the "users only" or "set store owner, I would lose the vendor tab.
Can anyone explain this to me and is there possibly a work around? I would assume this is a known bug?
Yes, I have the same bug. Still haven't found a solution. I would appreciate advice as well!
