where or how do i get a text input plugin for vm 2? i need to have input field for personalization where they can add the name they want.

you have to create a custom field called text input, and then assign this custom field to your product.
for most of our products we offer personalization (monogramming). we need to be able to have it available with the products that can be monogrammed. they can select from 3 types (each a different cost), they select font, color and input name. we need it to be with the actual product so that we know which one is being monogrammed. just like at this site. http://www.pajamagram.com/SellGroup/deluxe-fuchsia-daisy-gift-set-new.aspx?bhcp=1
how can you do this in vm2? i purchased product builder but that only works if done from menu link
