Title: Modify this component and make it t-shirt designs voting system?

Basicaly if you check http://www.othertees.com/ http://www.qwertee.com/ A website where users upload t-shirt designs, the best ones chosen by the admins become a product to be sold for 4-5 days. Any way to do this with joomla and virtuemart?
