i have enabled paypal payment method through shop-> paypal. but when user is paying then there is a select payment option and when we click on that select option it displays a message

"Please select a payment method
We are sorry, no payment method matches the characteristics of your order. Please ."

.. same in the case of shipping.

where to configure paypal api username, password, signature

am i missing something or configuring wrong all the way... help please its been a day now :(

Go to SHOP / PAYMENT METHODS / NEW and select PAYPAL. Save Payment Method, then you can make the configuration on the other tab...

from the paypal configuration tab remove any country and that solved for me, but not sure how to prevent other country from order now.
