Am using Joomla 1.7 & VM 2.0.2
After upgrading from VM 2.0 to VM2.0.2, now when I add an item to my cart, I no longer get the shopping cart pop-up window, which used to popup and tell me that the product had been added, and give me a link to the cart.
I've searched the configuration and shop settings, but cannot find anything that turns this feature on.
I`ve got the same trouble.
VM2.0 (upgrade 1.98>2.0>2.02), Joomla 2.5.3, standart template (Beez2).
Firefox 11.0, IE7.0 (page refresh needed to show a new item in the cart)

Today I`ve tried once again.
Made the fresh install: Joomla 2.5.3 (standart beez template) + VM2.0.2 (with samples).
Before I have cleared IE cache (ie7), but nothing changed. Still there is no any popup notification :-\ but product is correctly added to the cart, I see that with page refresh.
Now I`ve been still using J1.7.3 + VM1.9.8RC, it`s well working for my needs. But I`d like to make a next step to VM2.0, but ... :-\
Any ideas? Thanx!

Upgrade with 2.0.3H, popup appears, well done!
And clear the cache is not needed, all is fine!
2.0.2 Is migration version of 2.0 because when you update your version from 2.0 to 2.0.2 then you lost some of the plugins like payment methods. You can update 2.0.3 so you can get all the plugins which is lost in 2.0.2. And it will minimize your shopping cart problem.
2.0.2 is called `stable` (standalone) and I made a clean install Joomla 2.5.3 + VM2.0.2 (not through any updates). So this way I think ... lost plugins? This is not the case.
Now it doesn`t matter why, 2.0.3H is fine, "nothing else matters" :)

This is known issue for VM2.0.2 there are some js errors that regard the jquery.
You will notice that the auto-price update does not work either in the product page.
I think that it is fixed in VM2.0.3
