How to setup terms and condition under registration process?

I have TOS in checkout.
But I need some checkbox with link to shop rules in registration page.

You need tos and agreed selected in Shopper fields.
OK. Could I have checkbox with some link/redirection?

I have terms now like on Picture 1. I can pres text and follow terms article.
Now I want to have the same option to read article for registration field - Picture 2.
In configuration/Shopper fields you can select where you want each field to appear.
I don't think You get what I want.

Ok. So for tos in cart summary I have check box and some link to that tos, So user can read it.
I would like to have the same for some check box on registration page. Please look Pictures 1 and Pictures 2.
