mod_virtuemart_category missing parameter to load media

Hi,

I found in VM 4.0.6 is missing parameter "media", which is used in mod_virtuemart_category helper, but nod defined in module XML manifest.
Therefore the only way how to load images in category module is to switch to "wall" layout.
