why the component name display empty and can't add to menu when I use chinese as default language?when I change to english

First I think it's because the "virtuemart" didn't be translated properly ,but I don't know where to modify.

I don't know how solve this. But the missing names are located in the files "virtuemart.xml" for the VirtueMart component installer and "install.xml" for the allinone modules and plugin installer.
