everytime the manage user fields page loads, the 1st user field being edited, or created cannot be canceled.

it will be saved even if you press cancel

Could not duplicate this, however when I try to edit a radio button 'Title' and 'Value' fields are missing.

Which step of checkout page, by order information you mean front-end?

Confirmed.

dropdown user fields cannot be set to mandatory even if doing so
