Unable to Add Billing Information

I am pretty new to VirtueMart and Joomla. I have setup my website by watching some tutorials. I have so far configured the Joomla and Virtuemart and have added the products. But when I proceed for checkout it does not give me an option for Address. All the fields here are freezed. I dont know how to proceed. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

I did. Still no change. I even used Restore System Default still unable to add billing information.
