VM3 - Custom field: Time. No way to input the time

I created a Time custom field.
In the Custom field page of the product, I select the custom field I created, but it seems to be no way to insert the time.
What's going wrong?

J 3.3.6 + VM3.0.0     PHP 5.3.26
