Category problem

Hello ! 

I need your advice if possible.

I am selling products in English and i'm selling products in French, I don't want these two to overlap, but I want to use the same categories, (I don't want french products mixed with english ones).
I am using Joomfish to switch languages.

Does anybody have a solution? or would i have to buy a new domain and create a site only in english and one in french.

With VirtueMart 2 on Joomla2.5 you can use the inbuilt multi-language functions.
