Missing Avalara Plugin Language File

My client would like to connect their online eCommerce website with Avalara.  However, I'm having trouble with the setup due to a missing language file.

VMCALCULATION_AVALARA_ONLYCART
VMCALCULATION_AVALARA_ACCRUAL
VMCALCULATION_AVALARA_PREVCHECKOUT_AD_INVALID
VMCALCULATION_AVALARA_TAXFREIGHTCODE
VMCALCULATION_AVALARA_MANUAL

If someone could provide the language file, tell me where I can find it (didn't see it in the latest full releases), or help me create overrides for the above, that'd be most appreciated!

strange - going right back to VM3.2 I can't find any language file containing these constants..

you can just create over rides in the Joomla normal system and make a educated guess at what the strings should be .. unless someone else has these translations

Yes, strange!  I guessed on a few based on the information here: http://docs.virtuemart.net/tutorials/28-plugins-payment-shipment-and-others/75-configure-avatax

However, I don't want to create a tax nightmare for my client by misunderstanding the options.

Does anyone have the file or know who the developer is so I can reach out to them?

the developer is Milbo on here (Istraxx) afaik

Hmm the file is in the svn since years. But I just see it is placed at administrator / language / en-GB / en-GB.plg_vmcalculation_avalara.ini
