Google ads Conversation tracking to virtuemart cart page

Hello!

1. My goal is make conversation tracking for cart page, so basicly how many people from clicking my ads in gogle goes to cart page http://demo.virtuemart.net/cart

2. In google ads account systems asks:

Page load
Add the snippet to the page that a customer reaches after completing a conversion

So my quwestions is: How can i add this code to cart page..? Or where do i have to add this code (http://demo.virtuemart.net/cart)
