There is a vmerror message on the top of the image, but czech

javascript error "saveorder is not defined". on right in the browser console, so certainly a missing script in vIrtuemart.
but perhaps you have a cache problem. Try to clear your browser cache or disable cache in browser > network tab and refresh page

All cache in browser are delete, also try in anonymous window and same problem

Uncaught ReferenceError: saveorder is not defined
