Additional product price

There is a shop that offers special products. Some of these products require a special handling fee, such as a product priced at €30, however, when someone orders it on the webpage, there needs to be an additional €1.5 handling fee per product.

The product price should not include this fee; it must be displayed and handled separately. I cannot display the price as €31.5.

Is there any method to achieve this?

You will need a custom calculation rule plugin, as the standard VirtueMart does not offer this feature.
