Title: I need Alipay plugin

I need Alipay payment plugin, I searched google found one, but "This extension does NOT implement the Joomla! Update System", I hope somebody interested in develop for me, I would like to pay for it.

My website is Joomla 3.6.4, Virtuemart 3

so what?  If it works it works and the code for VM Payment plugins changes rarely if at all
