Title: How does the custom field "related products" work?
Post by: Meton on August 24, 2015, 14:14:44 PM
Hi guys and girls,

I am running into the following and i don't know if i am doing something wrong so here we go!

I have added a custom field called "compatible products" (including a template position). Then ill go to my product -> custom fields tab.
In the custom fields tab there is no "compatible products" field available in the dropdown.

What am i doing wrong?

Kind regards,

Meton

Hi Pro,

Thanks for you reply.

I have got compatible products and related products.

Related = same kind of product
Compatible products = accessories

Related product is going to be in a different position then the compatible products.

you should have 1 created already?

then on the backend of a product, you search for the product by name

Does this mean you can have more than 1 related products field in the product page?
