I want to suggest Bulgarian states to implement in next version of VM. What is needed?
CSV file
SQL file
to import it in _virtuemart_states
Please describe what is needed.
I have it in database and import them via CSV/SQL in new sites. I want to share them...
That would make sense only if the Bulgarian states (Administrative Divisions) are required in the postal address or if they have different sales tax rules. As far as I know both cases are not applicable.
They are required in the postal address... so it is needed to be displayed for users.
Hello Servlet, the most used way is todo an export in the same format as we provide them in the install_required_data.sql. Or in other words, just attach them to the already listed states and provide the file here, I will add it then.
BTW, we also add states, even you do not need them for postal services. Then they normal state should be unpublished.
Thank you for instructions...
I get from install_required_data.sql com_virtuemart.3.0.19.1.zip
I hope this is the latest version of this file.
So I inserted Bulgarian states as it is shown inside.
Bulgarian states start from ID 832 to 858
Please check and if everything is good, please add it to next stable version of Virtuemart.
Thank you.
Thank you,
btw, I am thinking about to create an sql file just for the states and to move it into the AIO
Please check the vm3.0.19.2 for the states
Thank you
I will try in my next project
I just ask. If I update VM will it update state table?
For AIO
I suggest to separate plugins for single installation. And in VM installation include standard payment and shipping plugin.
At this moment when I install AIO it insert a lot of extension which I dont use. The same is with other users... If I need paypal payment plugin i prefer to install in, but if I dont need it in current project why to be installed? The same is with all other...
Just think about this.
After update to latest version states disappeared...
Where is the problem. Removed from the core or something else...
I have the bulgarian states. I also checked the sql, they are there
Strange... I will check again.
Thank you
