There is a contradictory JText where two opposite meanings is used in a same "variable". I think that Fee is the one and only that should be used.

COM_VIRTUEMART_PLUGIN_COST_DISPLAY = Discount/Fee

COM_VIRTUEMART_PLUGIN_COST_DISPLAY = ~~Discount/~~Fee
