Removing Payments after Uninstalling VM

Hi

I have removed VM according to forum posts. Removed from DB and file Mng, but the payment plugins keep showing up in updates.

How can i remove these as per screen shot please.

Should be as it should show all Joomla extensions and the Joomla core!

No they are not, If i select discover they are there, but if i try to install i get an error. I just need to get them completly removed. I can not see anything in the file Mng or database that relates to them!

In http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=134060.msg465429#msg465429  I wrote  "  Then use FTP to remove the aio component directories, in components and administrator/components, followed by the remaining VM plugin files in the plugin directory and all files/directories in images/stories/virtuemart " That would remove the xml files that are used by Joomla's updater.  Maybe you missed that step?

also check that there are no left over entries for VM stuff in your Joomla #__exstentions table

Yes i have done all these steps and still they show up!!

Still having this issue, they only showed up when i pressed discover, i can not install them as i have deleted the VM stuff, now there is nothing on hosting and DB clear as far as i can see.

Why oh why are they still as updates???

if they reappear by discover then the xmls must still be on the server

delete all physical files

Public_html-Plugins there is no VMpayment folders???

Thats the right directory. With VM installed you should see:



Looks more like you still have some entries in your database.

Yes I understand But this whole thing is I have reomved VM, as per the directions, start with VM then VIR then Virtuemart, then images/stories etc. I have done all this but these updates still show up.
