Maybe somehow your user account is not listed as vendor anymore. Please check your vendor settings. If you have access to your database tables, you can have a look at the table xxxx_virtuemart_vmusers (where xxxx is your individual database prefix). You should have "1" (without the quotes) in the fields virtuemart_vendor_id and user_is_vendor.
