Displaying all price tiers

I know how to create price tiers in VM2.

For example:
Price for 1-4 items = $5
Price for 5-9 items = $4 etc.

But is there a way of displaying all these price tiers to the customer? Something along the lines as shown in the attached screenshot.

Maybe some code or a plugin or an extension?
