Product Count/Hide Empty Categories

On VM1 I've got Show the Number of Products?    enabled as due to low stocks several of the categories are empty.

I can't find the same option in VM2. Is there one?

If not is there a way to hide any empty categories?

Did you find a solution for this? I have searched high and low with no luck, and this is a feature that for sure should be available.

No, not found a way of doing this yet.

To hide categories in the module this worked for me: http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=96853.0

But i'm now looking desperately for a solution to hide empty categories for  the "virtuemart display" categories page.
