I just installed virtuemart 2.0.24 using joomla 2.5.14 and the united prices is not showing. I have the prices check on the config page but nothing is showing.
You have template overrides that need updating?
I don't have any template overrides. I switch it with Breez2 to see if it was something in my template. but it didn't show the unit price either.
Your Price setup in VM config? Something about Standardized price?
all prices in the config pricing tab are checked. I've reinstalled it the 2.0.24. I've tried all I know.
You didn't filled this specific price in your product edit page?

Sorry, I worked with this price more then year ago.
On the product edit page 'Product Dimensions and Weight' fill 'Product Packaging'. Test on product details page (url?).
Ok, I added something to the product packaging. nothing happen, I added something to all the fields on the page. nothing happens. still no unit price in checkout.

what do you want me to test on the url. the price on the product detail page shows up. it doesn't show on the checkout page only.

yes, It has always been there, but when I installed it on the test site 2.0.24 the price on the cart doesn't show. I have another site that I updated but it shows. I even changed template to breez2? and it still didn't show.

yes, it has always been there except this last release.
Looking at your product prices I suppose it will be sufficient if you go to your VM Configuration > Pricing, and select only the 'Discounted Price without tax' (which is the default display in the cart's 'Price' column) and 'Final Sales Price'. Unselect the others. 'Unit Price' is something different. You can use it if you would sell for example carpets with a price per square feet.
Ok, I unselected all the other and left what you suggested. still no unit price on cart
I'm sorry, but at present I can't reproduce your problem with the price settings I can see in your screenshots. In my own shop I have a similar result in the cart view, but in my case this is due to using some custom calculation and tax rules. The workaround I'm using for the cart is:

placed a copy of this file (template override) in:
my-root-directory\templates\my-template\html\com_virtuemart\cart\default_pricelist.php
and changed the above line in the override file to:
echo $this->currencyDisplay->createPriceDiv ('salesPrice', '', $this->cart->pricesUnformatted[$pkey], FALSE);
However, I suppose your case shows the same result as mine, but probably because of a different reason. So I doubt that the above solution will work for you.
