order_item_name truncated in BE when editing if name contains " (double quote)

If an ordered item has a name that includes a " (double quote) then in the BE when you edit the order, the text in the editable order_item_name textbox is truncated - the " and remaining text is not shown.

If you then edit any item in the order (not necessarily one that has a ") and then save the order list, the names of all items that have a " in their name are saved back to the database truncated even if they have not been edited and were complete before Edit mode.

In the attached screen shot before I edited item #11 , items #8,#9,#10,#11 all had complete names eg Sponge ball 1½" green.

After I  edited #11 to add the " - yellow and saved, all the items concerned had their names truncated even though I had not edited them.  The data in each text box is saved back (regardless of the fact it has not been edited) and as the data has been truncated wrong data is saved back.

So I lost data, I do not know the what colours the customer wanted - except checking against the SKU for each line!!.
