Print Page - Can not see order page

when i go into my admin panel for virtuemart and select orders it gives me a list. when i select an order number i get the following

can anyone help?

Looks like you have a failed installation or maybe a js conflict. Is that really VM2.6.2? See http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?board=133.0

It might be fixed by upgrading to the current VM 2.6.17 - but test on a backup of the live site.

i have upgraded to VM 2.6.17 but still get this - this is a test site i am upgrading at the moment

Use Firebug to check for JavaScript conflicts.

am dubugging with firebug and have tried with Chrome and no errrors or conflicts in the console - any other ideas i do not want not loose all my VM data

cant see the image, an error in the display does not affect your data.
