Title: I do not receive orders virtuemart 2.0.22c

When a purchase is finalized the order confirmation email sent to the client but not the administrator on a standard payment method

theoretically expected in the payment method field to specify me, but does not show it

Any reason why you start with an outdated version of VirtueMart? Current releases are Joomla 2.5.24 and VirtueMart 2.6.7.
Concerning your missing vendor email, go to VirtueMart Configuration > Checkout tab and check if you have set 'Default Order Status to send email to vendor' to "Confirmed by Shopper".
