I think the issue i am having has to do w/ the server address
FedEx Server Address used & errors
1. https://gateway.fedex.com/xml - Error: cURL ERROR: 28: connect() timed out!
unable to process services_rate
-supplied by fed ex texh support
2. https://gateway.fedex.com:443/webservices - Error: cURL ERROR: 28: connect() timed out!
unable to process services_rate - again supplied by FedEx Tech
3. https://wpro.ts.dmz.fedex.com:443 - Error: cURL ERROR: 7:
unable to process services_rate
- SUPPLIED BY ANOTHER USER
none of these seem to work for my, i have entered my account info & meter number in the correct places
TTT Edited/updated
still no solution :(
J! 1.5.4
VM 1.1.2
godaddy hosting
using the FedEx shipping option that comes preinstalled on VM 1.1.2
Error: cURL ERROR: 28: connect() timed out!
unable to process services_rate
https://gatewaybeta.fedex.com/GatewayDC
worked for me i had the same problem, you should try setting up a local store with a self signed certificate, just to test that it is not a goddaddy issue with their SSL configurations.
also i was entering wrong the meter number
where the module configuration asks for a password it is actually asking for joola admin password, i did that and then everything worked as it should. (except for the fact that i want to offer fedex as an option if client is in a rush and does NOT want to use free shipping) but that is anoter topic :P
