Product Category Gone in Admin but see it in tables

My daughter created a category named Stock Designs which we actually already had.  Now the Stock Designs (both) are not showing up in Admin but they are on the website.  We're trying to move all of the Stock Design Categories under Embroidery/Stock Designs.  I've attached a screen shot.

Any ideas?
