Tighter Template?

All of the prebuilt VM templates I find available out there are in a very large format.  Result is a lot more scrolling, especially on a laptop, lessening the user experience.  Example - http://www.templatemonster.com/demo/37936.html 

I'd like a nice tight format where you pack a lot of info if not the whole page above the fold.  So end result is more like - http://www.shopbangolufsen.com/ 

Any suggestions on where to find prebuilt VM templates that are tight?
