How to Set Up Payment Information without Charge

Hello,

I have set up Standard Payment on my VM 2.0 but it doesn't prompt the buyer for any payment information.

What I need:

• The Store to request Payment Information (credit card number, CVI, exp. date, etc.)
• For this information to be e-mailed to me with the order without charging the card. We need to check shipping time and availability to advise buyer before charging their card.

Can someone explain how to set this up?
