PagseguroConfirmation Email subject appears as "COM_VIRTUEMART_MAIL_SUBJ_VENDOR"

When Virtuemart sends us a confirmation mail, the header is not consistent. Normally it shows something like

"[1fb9015], Pedido pendente por ronaldo souza, total R$ 79.46"

However it seams like when client uses one specific payment type (Pagseguro), the confirmation mail will show the subject with following text:

COM_VIRTUEMART_MAIL_SUBJ_VENDOR

Where can I fix this?

Because i've made this plugin.

Maybe the constant COM_VIRTUEMART_MAIL_SUBJ_VENDOR still outdated, i've made to VirtueMart 2.0.2 version and update only confirmation method and parameters to plugin until now.
