Title: where to edit shop groups and user manual unblock
Post by: accessvirus on July 26, 2012, 16:57:33 PM
I have a problem finding the sollution all day..

1. where to edit shop groups since I don't see any tab whatsoever about the admin, storeadmin, shopper, demo changability.
2. when a user has registrered, it automatically keeps blocked. Even if the link in the email has been clicked. I have to manually uncheck it for each customer.

Hi accessvirus,

I hope you're referring to SHOPPER GROUPS and the rest of my post will just sound silly...

Shopper Groups setup can be found under the "Orders & Shoppers" right menu panel.

As far as the users issues goes... check this:

> Admin > Users > Users Management -> Options button in the ICON MENU on the right

check that the parameter for "New User Account Activation" is set to SELF.

I hope this helps.

I'm refering to the GROUPS and not the SHOPPER GROUPS... there are 4 GROUPS..

Can't find the settings for those.

Hi accessvirus,

Not too sure why you would want to play around with those groups, but if you want to... you'll need to do it in the database directly.

Good luck.
