shipping address selection

My question concerns the possibilty to select a saved/named shipping addresse in the cart.

The cart itself only offers the possibility to "add address" Beyond that you can select the already saved shipping addresses however after saving you return to the cart with the default checked selection box " use same shipping as billing address".  Use the user has to realise that this should be uncheked.

Is there a way to have the shipping address selected right in the cart so the one page concept is improved?
