VM 3.0.2 + Joomla 3.3.6 Add to Cart and cart error

I am getting this error message multiple times on the same page when i try to add a product to the cart and when i check the cart.

This is an error of your cache, please read about the correct file and folder permissions for joomla.

i also have the same problem . ichanged the perimissions to the folders (755) and files (644) with no success.
can anybody help please?
