this website was taken lot of time to load .more over that category pages taken 12s for loading .

Your images are more than 100 kb each and you are showing a lot of them, try to compress them and show less per page.
Also turn Gzip ON, use JCH optimize or another plugin to compress css files.
Your homepage loads pretty fast, problem seems in the pages where you load a lot of images for VM categories and products:
I have downloaded your image "page1519(small).jpg" which is 125 kb and only using photoshop utility to save images for website and making a jpg at 60 quality (where difference is hardly noticeable) the image is reduced to 42,2 kbs.
Image if you did that to all the images and even reduced the size of them, they are way too big.

Yes, the images are the main issue here. Try using the 'Firebug' plugin in Firefox ( https://getfirebug.com ). Open your page in FF, turn on Firebug click on the 'Net' tab and 'All', then refresh the page. It will show you the loading times of all your page elements.
Updating will also give you at least 20%

See the attached free CDN plugin (by codingmall.com). It has given really good results in my tests. I tested with pingdom. However, do more than one tests because caching on CDN servers may take some time.
