Tick box on 'Notify Shopper?' in orders

Hi there,

I've created a new order status called 'Ready For Collection'. It all works fine except for when the order status is changed from Confirmed.

Usually when changing the order status, the 'Notify Shopper' tickbox is pre selected. This isn't the case for my new 'Ready For Collection' Order Status.

Is there a way for this to auto select the tick box, just like the other order statuses? I have a feeling that my client will forget to click the tickbox to notify the shopper before updating the order.
