I had two sites both are in JOOML 3.6.5

BOTH have VirtueMart 3.0.14

Now i want to move all products and catagories from one stie to another , give me step my step proces likke

a) I had to export and then import all VM tables?

b) i had to copy pictures but what folder co copy?

c) what are other steps
