Link Manufacturers directly to their products

Hello,

Sorry if this has already been addressed, I couldn't find any result with this research.

In the Manufacturers module, I'd like to link manufacturers to their specific products page directly, without going to the manufacturer details page first.

If anyone could help, would be appreciated.

Check the Custom Filters extension.

The category and manufacturer filtering is in the free version.

Thanks but I don't think I need a filtering extension right now, I'd prefer to simply have each manufacturer icon (or name) have its link heading to the affiliated products page.

I can guess it's a bit of php change in the module but I'm not an expert myself...

EDIT: just checked, I think it's simply a matter of removing an "s", as in /shop/manufacturers/xxx/ should be /shop/manufacturer/xxx

You are not obligated to use it as Filtering extension. You can just display the manufacturer links.
