cart do not empty after checkout

Hello,
i have this issue for some users.
When the user completes the order, the cart is not emptied.
In my website i use One Page Checkout, but i don't think this is important.
I also tried it in localhost (xampp) to place an order with the accounts of users who have had this problem. In localhost works.
The only difference from the web server, is that on my pc I disabled gzip compression.
The problem can be caused by compression gzip?
or what else can be?

There have been occsaional reports of that. Can you try the latest dev version which includes code to empty the cart after payment.  http://dev.virtuemart.net/attachments/download/1005/com_virtuemart.3.0.17_extract_first.zip  (test on a backup, of course).

Hello, thank you for your suggestion, i thought i was the only one who had this problem!
it would be possible to know how to incorporate this feature in my virtuemart without doing the upgrade?

When the user completes the order, the cart is not emptied.

It could look like that, when you use the "back" button. The new vm3.0.17 has set an expire date, so that using the back button should directly display the emptied cart.
