A user in my site received the following error message:

Hello,
An error with your payment paypal on your store. The details are logged in the file http://shorashim-store.co.il/administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=log&task=edit&logfile=paypal.2.log.php (http://shorashim-store.co.il/administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=log&task=edit&logfile=paypal.2.log.php)

Log file is empty and the user never made a purchase in my site. how is this possible?

does the logfile exist if you look by ftp?

no. file is not there.

anyone else can shed some light on the issue? can this a hack? is this a bug?
