Always amazed by requests for help, a link to the home page and then expected to open some products, links etc to try and find what your asking help with.....
I can't find a child product after try 3 or 4 prods - not interested any more
whats so difficult about a direct link to an example product where the problem can be seen - even a screen shot or two..

The mistake was mine. It was a rookie mistake that I'm facepalming myself about right now, I'll hold my hands up and admit that - but you don't need to be so condescending about it. After all, I clearly stated to let me know if you need more info.
